Question:
Can I pay my bill by ATM BCA?
Answer:
Yes, you will pay through ATM BCA, please follow this procedure:
• Fill in your ATM BCA Card, press your PIN.
• Press 'TRANSAKSI LAINNYA- another transaction' button and then press, 'TRANSFER ANTAR REKENING BCA-Transfer between BCA Account’.
• Fill in PT Core Mediatech account Number: 2173119011
• Fill ini your payment ammount and press 'BENAR-Yes’ button.
• On the screen will appear 'Transfer ke rekening 2173119011 atas nama PT Core Mediatech, dan jumlah pembayaran anda-transfer to account 2173119011 PT Core Mediatech and Your payment amount '. Press 'BENAR-Yes' button if your transation is correct .
• Press 'TIDAK-No' if you didn’t want to continue you transaction.
• Don’t forget to pull out your ATM Card.
• Keep your transaction slip and please inform to us by phone, fax or e-mail.
• Your payment will be posting in 2 working days after we received payment confirmation form you.

How is the total usage time counted?
Answer:
The total usage time is based on the number of minutes of actual connections made.

For information about D-NET's services, please send e-mail to info@dnet.net.id. For inquiries about billing with payment by cash or transfer, please send e-mail to accounting@dnet.net.id and for payment by credit card please send e-mail to finance@dnet.net.id



Question:
Where can I find information about my usage time ?
Answer:
Information about your total usage time in the current month is available at Billing Information. Detailed usage information is printed on the monthly invoice that we mail to you.



Question:
If I choose to pay via bank transfer, how should I do it ?
Answer:
Don't forget to write down your name, user id and your D-NET account number in your transfer slip. Please fax the transfer slip to us at (021)2850-7100.



Question:
I'm not using my internet, but I still get the bill, how can it be ?
Answer:
If your account status is still active, then you will always get billed for the subscription fee of Rp. 25.000/month and you are obliged to pay for it even though you didn’t use the service.



Question:
I no longer subscribe to D-NET, but why I still get billed?
Answer:
If customer ask for termination at March 15th 2008, then the usage from the 1 to the 15th of March 2008 will be reflected in the last invoice which is due immediately.
