Answer:
Yes, you can. Please dial the local D-NET number in your city or nearest D-NET POP. When being asked for user/password, input you usual D-NET user-id followed by ‘@’ and the domain where you’re registered, and your usual password.
Eg: If you’re registered in D-NET Surabaya as myname and you want to dial in Jakarta, so you must type myname@sby.dnet.net.id as your user-id.

For Roaming service, please input your user-id as followed:

When roaming in Surabaya, use smtp.sby.dnet.net.id
When roaming in Pandaan, use smtp.pda.dnet.net.id
