With the availability of D-NET in several cities, D-NET customers can enjoy free roaming facility. Wherever you’re at our coverage range, you can dial the local D-NET access number and get D-NET Internet Connection instantly.

Question:
Can I access a local D-NET dial-up number in a city within D-NET coverage area? If so, how?
Answer:
Yes, you can. Please dial the local D-NET number in your city or nearest D-NET POP. When being asked for user/password, input you usual D-NET user-id followed by ‘@’ and the domain where you’re registered, and your usual password.
Eg: If you’re registered in D-NET Surabaya as myname and you want to dial in Jakarta, so you must type myname@sby.dnet.net.id as your user-id.

If I’m registered in Jakarta and I want to dial in Surabaya, what user-id should I use?
Answer:
For Roaming service, please input your user-id as followed:
Jakarta users : support@dnet.net.id
Surabaya users : userid@sby.dnet.net.id
Pandaan users : userid@pda.dnet.net.id
Ketapang users : userid@ktp.dnet.net.id

Answer:

If I’m registered in Surabaya and I’ve been using free roaming service in Jakarta, how about the billing?
Answer:
You will still be billed in Surabaya, just like when you access locally.

Question:
I’ve successfully connected in Surabaya using free roaming service, but I’m unable to send email, why?
Answer:
Make sure you set your outgoing (SMTP) server correctly:
When roaming in Jakarta, use smtp.dnet.net.id
When roaming in Surabaya, use smtp.sby.dnet.net.id
When roaming in Pandaan, use smtp.pda.dnet.net.id
When roaming in Ketapang, use mail.ktp.dnet.net.id

Question:
Are there any changes for incoming (POP3) mail server setting when I use free roaming services?
Answer:
You don’t need to change Incoming (POP3) mail server setting, you will only need to change outgoing (SMTP) server setting.

Are there any additional charge for this service?
Answer:
No, there’s no additional charge for using this service.

Should I register if I want to use this service?
Answer:
